Cancellation Policy
To withdraw from a workshop, please contact the RETC immediately at 315-684-6391 or retc@morrisville.edu. No refunds will be made for workshops cancelled without more than two weeks notice.
Scholarship Information
Funding is available for those wishing to enroll in a workshop offered through Morrisville State Colleges Renewable Energy Training Center. Individuals may receive financial aid from other sources and still be eligible to apply for CBJTG scholarships.
- Duplicate financial aid may not be received. RETC funding is designed to be used only after all other available sources of funding (WIA, Workforce Development Programs) have been accessed and are not able to defray the costs of the class.
- Scholarship funding will be used to pay for a workshop one time. If a workshop is repeated, scholarship funding may not be applied for tuition to the same workshop.
- Scholarships may be offered for all or part of the cost of workshop depending upon the cost of the workshop and the circumstances of the participant. (e.g. employment status)
- Funds will only be provided with the completion of a CBJTG Scholarship Application and Individual Tracking Form. Paperwork must be completed prior to taking a class for which scholarship funds are requested. Permission for the release of information is included on these forms and acknowledged with the applicants signature.
- Acceptance for admission to Morrisville State College or Mohawk Valley Community College is not necessary for non-credit workshops and seminars.
- Participants must be a U.S. citizen or otherwise authorized to work in the United States, with a Social Security number, in order to receive Federal funds.

Please use a separate form for each person registering. All mail-in registrations should arrive in our office at least two weeks before the start date to ensure availability.

Register by phone 315-684-6391 with VISA or MasterCard by stated registration deadline and receive immediate course confirmation. Please have all the information requested on the registration form ready when calling.

The RETC is funded by a grant awarded under the President's Community-Based Job Training Grants, as implemented by the U.S. Department of Labor's Employment and Training Administration.
The RETC reserves the right to close, cancel, postpone, or split workshops due to unusual circumstances, enrollment numbers, or changes in funding status, as necessary.
